areas and facilities, buildings that contain more than one unit.
Management fees for items such as office supplies and community
solutions
Legal fees
Creekside Village Master Association contribution, which upkeeps the
pool and other shared common areas.
Reserve funding, which is an HOA saving account that will be used
for unexpected expenses for major repairs, damages, or emergencies
